Instructions:

For each of the following problems/concerns, mark the degree to which you agree that it is a problem and how critical to flight safety you believe it to be, and then indicate the type of information upon which you based your ratings.

Pilots are out of the control loop and peripheral to the actual operation of the aircraft and therefore not prepared to assume control when necessary. (pc2)
